The parent coaching relationship will focus on enhancing parenting skills and improving the parent’s relationship with their child.   The coaching relationship is not in anyway related to psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or therapy.  Parent coaching is not a replacement or substitute for therapy.  It is the client’s responsibility to seek professional psychotherapy services if they deem necessary.

Confidentiality:
Information discussed during coaching appointments is confidential and will not be released without written permission from the client.  This confidentiality does not extend to illegal activities, child abuse or implied suicidal intent.

Payment for Services:
Payment for each coaching appointment is required when scheduling.  Payments may be made by credit cards, check or money order.

Rescheduling Appointments:
Twenty-four hours notice must be given before canceling or rescheduling appointments.  Every effort will be made to reschedule within the week, depending upon availability.

Refund Policy:
There is no refund for scheduled appointments.   Appointments that are missed will not be refunded.  It is the client’s responsibility to keep scheduled appointments.  If an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
